Dawn Tsumetai Te v04 c25-26Ryuu no Yuigon v04 c12 Nazca v01-v02 (end) One last release before the move! I'll be without my main computer for a couple weeks, but the magic of tablets will keep me connected. Anyway! More Dawn and Ryuu =D The big release here is the complete 2 volumes of Nazca, one of the first series that SiH ever worked on. We originally released 2.5 chapters, then put it on ice to get better scans, after which it was on ice to get trans, then continued to be on ice because... well, it's nothing remotely like the projects we usually do. But, over the years, chapters slowly got edited by very gracious editors (who may or may not have liked it), and just recently Glassy offered to edit the last 3 chapters, so... here you go! The editing is horribly inconsistent, but we streamlined everything as much as possible. Enjoy if it's your type of thing :) Till next month! Kalendel Apr 15th, 2012 :: Comments
Tsuki no Sabaku c01-4 (complete)Finally! Years and years ago, when I first discovered this mangaka, I really wanted to get something of hers out. And now, thanks to a whole bunch of people, we finally are =D Like many of her works, Tsuki no Sabaku is made up of one giant story (>100 pages) and random unrelated short stories. In this case, the main story is a beautiful, emotional action/drama highlighting the futility of war. It's not perfect, but it's worth a read! Technically BL, since it ran in Rutile, but it's more josei with BL overtones. The remaining 3 stort stories are not BL at all. Hope you enjoy this introduction to the mangaka, Kamei Takahide! Note that I will be moving again in late May/June. Hopefully we'll get something else out before then, but if things go crazy there might be a rather long break (again). Update Apr 16th: Released Jiraishin Diablo v01 c05, joint with Dragon Voice! Hoping to finish up v1 before SiH closes, but the series will be continued through DV regardless. Things are still rolling along =D Getting closer and closer to the end!Hanamatsuri c4-5 (end) Dawn Tsumetai Te v04 c24 Ryuu no Yuigon v04 c11 So! That's the end of Hanamatsuri! c4 is definitely my second favorite story in there, after c3. Hope you all enjoyed it! About Ryuu no Yuigon, we will be completing v4-5. Volume 5 ends a very significant story arc, so it's a great place to stop. There's at least one group interested in picking it up from there, so keep an eye out for it. And Dawn Tsumetai Te! Very nearly completely edited. But folks, we can use some help! We're actually missing a page from c25. If anyone has v4 (in any language), and can scan one page, please email me at kalendel@gmail.com! No need to debind. I did find public raws, but they're pretty low quality. If no one offers, we can release with the public raw page, but it won't look pretty O.o Till next time! Kalendel Jan 22nd, 2012 :: Comments
Here's our farewell to Delilaryn! Over the years, he's translated volumes upon volumes (mostly slashy stuff and BL~), and these were the remaining chapters that were left lying around =D He's since moved on to better things IRL, and we wish him the best! Without further ado:Gallop c2-3 (dropped) Shirogane no Ou Fenrir Craft v01 c01 (dropped) This finishes off Yes It's Me! The title story is chapters 4, 5, and 8, and is pretty hilarious. Also, c7 is a short story about gender identity that fans of the mangaka absolutely have to check out! About Shirogane no Ou... I do hope another group takes up the project (we don't have anything to offer anyone, though!). Compared to the original Shirogane volume, Fenrir Craft is full of plot as everyone's hidden backstories are revealed; hopefully c1 will be enough of a snapshot to entice someone else to finish it! Enjoy the releases, and I'll see everyone next time as I chip away at the remaining SiH projects... Update Mar. 17 2012: I'm excited to say that Yes It's Me is being localized by members of the Digital Manga Guild for legal digital release in English! If you enjoyed our scanlation, please purchase the official digital copy when it comes out, which will directly benefit the Japanese publisher and mangaka. Of course, all links have been removed from this site, and we ask that fans cease distribution of the scanlations. Kalendel Jan 11th, 2012 :: Comments
Update Jan 12th: Jikan Kuukan Jinbutsu has been adopted out; Hanamatsuri will be completed at SiH.I hope everyone had a great holiday season and new year! Thanks everyone for the tons of comments and well-wishes you've posted since the last update. I've found a bit of motivation/time since the holidays have passed, so I've started getting moving on finishing up projects. These 4 chapters are from projects that we have already adopted out (the chapters were already done). All future releases of these series will be at their adoptive groups. Sengoku Strays v03 c11 Pure Blood v01 c04 & v02 c05 Koori no Mamono no Monogatari v13 c02 Next project to finish up: Yes It's Me! Also, I'm happy to say that most of the SiH projects have been adopted thanks to the awesome groups willing to squeeze another project in (all this information is on each individual project page). I still have a few emails from people about the remaining ones to go through (sort of ignored those over the holidays, sorry...). Also, for anyone looking for a bit of nostalgic fun, Glassy (<3 editor) drew an SiH project collage featuring key elements from 11 SiH series. If you've been an SiH fan over the years, you might want to test your memory against it: even I only correctly identified 9 of the 11 series in the collage! The picture is posted in the LJ community. Have fun~ Kalendel Oct 26th, 2011 :: Comments
Update Oct 30th: Fumetsu no Hana has been adopted out :)Update Nov 4th: Koori no Mamono no Monogatari, Pure Blood, & Fushigi na Hito have been adopted out. Update Nov 9th: Sengoku Strays and Kamisama Game have been adopted out. I survived! No really, my roommate nearly killed me in my sleep (before I moved to another place again). My life's been complete chaos these past few months, and my free time has evaporated. I've pondered things, and decided that with what free time I have, I'd rather not spend it doing all the activities involved in running a group as big as SiH. So, with a bit of relief, I'm announcing that Storm in Heaven will be closing (soon-ish). But, don't panic! We're doing things right. Over the past month, I've been talking to other groups and my staffers to get as many projects adopted out as possible, so you readers can know where to go for more releases. Plus, there are a small number of projects I'm committed to finishing up at SiH. There are also two splinter groups of SiH staffers that have formed to continue specific projects. Rain Over Paradise has been started by Yuriko (and her editor minions) to continue her projects 7Seeds and Rain. Yuriko was the original translator of 7Seeds over at Boku-Tachi (the group that started scanlating it), jumped on board here to continue it, and will now have a dedicated group for it. Plus, Rain! <3 Lelei Scanlations has also taken off. Lelei's the quintessential jack-of-all-trades, and will be continuing My Girl, Shiroi Kumo, and Tonari no Megane-kun. And maybe more, if some other staffers join up with her. Update Oct 30th: Lelei Scanlations will also be releasing Jinjuu Houretsuden, Asterisk, and G-Defend! Update Nov 4th: Also, Yami no Kodou <3 The project pages have now been updated, and comments have been removed. Current projects have been broken down into a few projects SiH will be finishing, projects already adopted out, and projects up for adoption. Projects adopted out have been taken up by other established groups, and we've provided them with any scans and translations we had lying around. Make sure to check in on those adoptive parents to continue reading those manga! (No really, tremendous thanks to these groups for giving the projects new homes and loving families <3) Projects up for adoption have yet to find a home. What resources we have for them are listed on the individual project pages. If you're part of a group and would like to adopt one of these projects, please email me your information. It's my hope to get every project a new home, so the readers can all have somewhere to go for future releases. Any new adoptions will be updated on the project site ASAP and posted on the updates page. As for the projects to be finished here, I'll be releasing them as I'm able. Some of them were actually future projects that I'd meant to release in one go, so they're nearly done. A few are current projects that were nearly done. After all these projects have been completed, SiH will officially close. All downloads will remain active, and this website will remain open, for the next several years (at least). In general, all chapters listed in QC will be released (even if a project is "dropped"), either through SiH or the group that adopted it. I, personally, will retire from running things. I plan to stick around the scanlation scene and translate a few short titles here and there through other groups, when the opportunity presents itself. Also, this impending shut-down is the English Storm in Heaven only; the Italian Storm in Heaven has been separate for years and years now, and is not affected. Nine years is a pretty good run for a scanlation group. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of meeting bunches of amazing people who I learned a lot from (I mean you, staffers <3). The group grew from a tiny little thing, to a giant chimera of amazing projects and equally amazing people. We've had one hell of a time releasing everything from too-popular manga (remember Vampire Knight?) to obscure gems (Fujiwara Kaoru!) and upbeat adventures (too many to list O.o). It's also been awesome to see (formerly) obscure mangaka become (even more) popular in part due to our efforts (Yuu Higuri, Aki, Shimotsuki Kayoko, Sahara Mizu, etc!). And the readers have (mostly =D) been wonderful and patient, always willing to try the random and obscure manga we throw out there even as you get addicted to the most popular/mainstream ones. Just a handful more chapters to release, and SiH will close. But hopefully, not without leaving a mark on the scanlation world, and perhaps changing how some people think of manga. Kalendel For any group interested in the remaining projects, please contact me directly at kalendel@gmail.com. July-August 2011 :: Comments
[July 26th] My Girl v03 c24...yes, still alive. You won't get rid of me that easily! *Ahem* So, I've been packing for my move, apt hunting, and job scrounging this past month, which has drained my free time away. Finally moving this weekend, though =D Once that's over, all I'll be doing is job hunting, so things should get closer to on-track here. The one thing that'll speed up releases now are some QCers jumping on board, so feel free to apply. Otherwise... bear with me as I get back into the swing of things. In other news, Olimpos has been licensed!! Yen Press is going to release it as one giant volume, woohoo! Absolutely amazing. I love when less-likely stuff gets licensed. Kudos to Yen Press, and grats to the mangaka Aki! (All downloads for our scanlation are now down; please cease distribution and support manga companies and the mangaka by purchasing it when it comes out!) [July 1st] 7Seeds v13 c70Yep, we could still use a bunch of editors! We have 15 volumes of scripts needing editors, so please apply if you'd like to help get these out =D All genres, at this point O.o Kalendel Week of June 20th, 2011 :: Comments
[June 20th] G-Defend v06 c13[June 22nd] My Girl v03 c23 And with much fanfare, I can officially say that G-Defend is also off the stalled project list, woohoo! Everyone make sure to thank Neko for taking over translating this series <3 Kalendel Week of June 15th, 2011 :: Comments
[June 15th] 7Seeds v13 c68[June 17th] Drops [June 18th] My Girl v03 c22v2 (typo fix) [June 18th] 7Seeds v09 c49v2 (trans tweak) [June 18th] 7Seeds v13 c69 Okay, folks... this 7Seeds arc is *awesome*. Yay emotionally scarred survivors! And some cute little kids to lighten things up with My Girl <3 The treat is Drops, by Andou Yuki. I can't go on enough about how much I love this mangaka <3 And here's another short story of hers, before we've gotten around to releasing her volumes of work... ahhh, we'll get to it! Everyone enjoy Drops!! June 18th: Whoops day =D Fixed a typo in this week's release of My Girl. In 7Seeds, there's a flashback to c49 in c77 which changes the context, so we tweaked two bubbles in c49. And another chapter of 7Seeds in apology for making you download everything twice =D Kalendel Week of June 7th, 2011 :: Comments
[June 7th] Tamashii no Futago c02v2, c04v2, c06v2 (Name romanization fix!)[June 7th] Tamashii no Futago v01 c07 [June 8th] Tamashii no Futago v02 c00, c08 [June 10th] Tamashii no Futago v02 c09-10 [June 10th] 7Seeds v13 c67 [June 11th] Tamashii no Futago v02 c11-12 [June 12th] Tamashii no Futago v02 c13-14 (end) The series everyone forgot about =D Thanks to Aki and Celeb burning through v2, we've gotten this stalled project finished! (And a big whoops for romanizing the main character's name incorrectly O.o) Kalendel Week of June 2nd, 2011 :: Comments
[June 2nd] 7Seeds v12 c66[June 5th] Ran to Haiiro no Sekai v01 c06 (j/ Kotonoha) Can't go wrong with more 7Seeds <3 Anyway, folks, we could *really* use some more editors. An influx of amazing new translators has left us with something like 10 vols of scripts hanging around for various genres (especially shounen-ai!), and a relatively small number of overworked editors. Anyone remotely interested, check out our info on the position. Thanks! Kalendel Week of May 23rd, 2011 :: Comments
[May 23rd] Ryuu no Yuigon v04 c10[May 29th] Angel's Doubt c07 [May 29th] Aruosumente v01 c01 Aki day! =D Del loves the mangaka, so of course we're doing her newest work too, Aruosumente. Aruo is more plotty and less introspective than A*D... more like Utahime, for fans of that work. Enjoy! Kalendel Week of May 10th, 2011 :: Comments
[May 10th] 7Seeds v12 c65[May 11th] Yes It's Me c03 [May 12th] Dawn Tsumetai Te v04 c23 [May 13th] Sengoku Strays v03 c10 Back! Lots and lots to do O.o Still looking for editors for our shounen-ai section :) Kalendel Week of April 27th, 2011 :: Comments
[Apr 27th] 7Seeds v12 c64[Apr 27th] Jinjuu Houretsuden v03 c14 More goodies! I'm on vacation both this weekend and next weekend, so things'll be on the slow end. That said, we could use some more staff! Translators for Asterisk and G-Defend, and an editor for Yami no Kodou especially! Kalendel Week of April 18th, 2011 :: Comments
[Apr 18th] Neko Mix Genkitan Toraji v01 c04v2 (Name romanization fix! Whoops!)[Apr 18th] Neko Mix Genkitan Toraji v02 c06 [Apr 19th] 7Seeds v12 c63 [Apr 21st] Yes It's Me c02 No progress on the editor front yet... please apply if you're interested in helping get these projects out! About Tokyopop closing: I have the feeling that the trend of fewer titles getting licensed will continue, as all the American publishing companies go under. Hopefully the US divisions of the Japanese publishing companies that are being established will start ramping up production soon, so we can see more titles come to print (or at least e-print). That said, there are only 2 titles of ours that were licensed by Tokyopop that have not been completely released by them: Trinity Blood and Silver Diamond. We will not be picking either back up. Trinity Blood has continued to be scanlated despite being licensed, and I'm willing to bet one of my kidneys that a group will have Silver Diamond picked up by the end of the week (if not already!). Since our goal is to get obscure manga licensed, re-starting projects that had been licensed and already have a fanbase doesn't make much sense to me =) Kalendel Week of April 10th, 2011 :: Comments
[Apr 10th] Nejimaki no Niwa v01 c04[Apr 10th] Ran to Haiiro no Sekai v01 c05 (j/ Kotonoha) [Apr 13th] DRUG-ON v02 c11 [Apr 15th] Dawn Tsumetai Te v04 c22 Announcement! Shinsanagi, our Morimoto Shuu translator who's been with us for years, is bowing out for health reasons. Best wishes from everyone on a swift road back to health! If anyone is interested in helping translate Asterisk or G-Defend, please let me know! Info here. (And I've put Dawn in the josei section where it belongs. Poor small shounen section >.>) Kalendel Week of March 29th, 2011 :: Comments
[Mar 29th] Rain v02 c06[Mar 31st] 7Seeds v11 c61 [Apr 2nd] 7Seeds v12 c62 (I caught up to Glassy =D) Been a while since Rain, but here we go! Also, still on the look-out for editors and quality checkers! Info here! And due to an absolutely amazing new translator jumping onboard, Yami no Kodou has been un-dropped! Which is so totally a word. Everyone snuggle Aki for her mad skills, and go catch me some editors! (Yes, we need an editor or two for it!) Kalendel Week of March 21st, 2011 :: Comments
[Mar 21st] Sukima-shiki c05 (2nd to last chapter!)[Mar 24th] Tonari no Megane-kun v01 ex1 [Mar 26th] 7Seeds v11 c60 Still recruiting editors and quality checkers! Information here! Kalendel Week of March 16th, 2011 :: Comments
[Mar 16th] Nejimaki no Niwa v01 c03[Mar 17th] Angel's Doubt c06 [Mar 18th] Ryuu no Yuigon v03 c09 [Mar 19th] Kagerou Nostalgia v04 c13 So, I finished defending my thesis <3 Which means that I can now come home and have free time, woohoo! But considering the current crisis in Japan, I'll be keeping the celebrating to a minimum. We'll be more or less resuming our normal release schedule, so look forward to the release of all those chappies in QC~ Could use another editor or two! My current evil plan is "make Glassy & Voo edit everything", but then I realized that they need to sleep a little, sometimes O.o More warm bodies required! Kalendel [Feb 24th] 7Seeds v11 c59 (end of the arc!) [Mar 1st] Sengoku Strays v03 c09 [Mar 6th] Jinjuu Houretsuden v03 c13 [Mar 13th] Ran to Haiiro no Sekai v01 c04 (j/ Kotonoha) Release! And a general note: I have a ridiculously short amount of time left to finish my thesis and defend, so releases are going to be incredibly few/sporadic until I do. Look for things to return to normal pacing late March. Things will still be moving behind the scenes, but since I'm the bottleneck at releasing... no manga for you! In other news, after searching for years to find interested staff to continue this project, I'm going to have to throw in the towel. We're dropping Yami no Kodou because I couldn't find a dedicated team for it. I just hope the volumes we did built enough of a fanbase that someone dedicated to it will pick it up! [Feb 13th] Yes It's Me c01[Feb 13th] Gallop c01 [Feb 13th] Shiroi Kumo c06-07 [Feb 13th] Hanamatsuri c03 Del is back!! "He was gone?", you ask? Yes indeedy! I kept it quiet to avoid mass panic. You see, he was trapped on a deserted island. He had nothing to drink but morning dew, and was forced to eat tree bark for sustenance. At night, the souls of the departed rose from the waters and haunted him; the howls of sea monsters carried eerily through the air; and the bones of the island's prior occupants rumbled sleeplessly in the ground. And what's worst of all, he had no internet!!! Arggh! Ughhh! But it's all better now. I'm getting emails from him and everything =D Today's "Ode to Del" starts off with two new things: the first chapter of Yes It's Me (whose mass-release was nixed due to popular demand), and the first bit of Gallop. Yes It's Me is another Yamashita Tomoko work, so fans of hers, be sure to check it out <3 Gallop is a random project born of Del's love of slashy guys in suits. And it has centaurs. Two bites of Shiroi Kumo and my favorite chapter of Hanamatsuri round things up! Enjoy~ Kalendel Week of February 6th, 2011 :: Comments
[Feb 6th] Isagi-Kojima c01-03 (end)[Feb 7th] 7Seeds v11 c57 [Feb 9th] Nejimaki no Niwa v01 c02 We have a nice treat for you guys today, the whole volume of Isagi-Kojima (by Sugiura Shiho!). Some aspects of it remind me of Koori, actually ;) Thanks to Yuriko for translating all of it, and for KawaHoshi (who happens to have a birthday today!) for editing it! Wheee~ And... we could really use another quality checker or two! There are a disturbing amount of chapters in QC right now O.o Kalendel Week of January 30th, 2011 :: Comments
Gotta love Ran, it's so weird =D Also, we could use a new translator for v2 of Pure Blood![Jan 30th] Ran to Haiiro no Sekai v01 c03 (j/ Kotonoha) [Feb 1st] Shirogane no Ou c06 (end) The end of Shirogane no Ou!! The end of this vol wraps up one of the mysteries from the volume, and introduces you to another. The manga continues directly into Shirogane no Ou Fenrir Craft, which is 2 volumes. We're planning to get Fenrir Craft started as soon as the translator comes back from his vacation in no-internet land =D Enjoy c6, everyone! Kalendel Week of January 24th, 2011 :: Comments
[Jan 24th] [zion] v03 c13-14[Jan 25th] [zion] v03 c15-16 [Jan 26th] [zion] v03 c17-18 (end) And man, [zion]'s done!! Go read it all at once, that's what it's meant for. The mangaka admits that the plot does some refocusing (this is her first work, after all!), but in the end it turns out to be a great character development story with some mysteries solved but very open-ended. I especially love how she's muddied the legends of the heavenly city ~ how they're different between people, and there are at least 4 different names people refer to it by (that's intentional, not a bad trans job =P). Anyway, SiH will definitely be keeping an eye on Kayase Shiki in the future, and picking up more of her stuff as time allows. To anyone just reading through the series, enjoy! (And yes, I've moved it to the shoujo section, as it's always technically been josei. I just wanted to fill out the shounen section, but we're doing better about that these days!) Kalendel Week of January 16th, 2011 :: Comments
[Jan 16th] Ran to Haiiro no Sekai v01 c02 (j/ Kotonoha)[Jan 20th] Sakana no Yume I have a treat for everyone later this week... =D And the treat is Sakana no Yume, one of our rare one-shots! By a gem of a mangaka I stumbled across, Andou Yuki. I actually found her works a while ago (like, a year!), but all my plots to scanlate them have been stalled in another dimension, so this'll actually be the third short story of hers scanlated (the other two by a now-defunct group). I hope everyone enjoys, and I seriously hope that we can get the rest of her stuff out faster. Annddd... for anyone who doesn't feel like this is enough of a treat, go read some fluff somewhere and leave me alone =P Kalendel Week of January 2nd, 2011 :: Comments
Happy New Year everyone!! I think SiH did pretty well in 2010! We succeeded in reducing how many projects we have going, which allowed us to speed up on some of our current series. I'll be working toward continuing this trend in 2011, so let's all look forward to a great year![Jan 2nd] 7Seeds v10 c56 (End of volume 10!) [Jan 2nd] [zion] v02 c07-8 [Jan 2nd] Jiraishin Diablo v01 c04 (j/ Dragon Voice) [Jan 3rd] [zion] v02 c09-10 [Jan 6th] Sengoku Strays v03 c08 [Jan 6th] [zion] v02 c11-12 (Warning: Giant cliffhanger!) Oh, and earlier this year I decided that [zion] is a manga you need to read all at once, so I've held off releasing until we had the thing done. And it is =D Expect loads of [zion] chapters; this'll be complete before January is done. ...and we're going to be faster on Sengoku Strays this year, I promise! =D (Though seriously, publishers, please license it already O.o Of all our series, this one's the most mainstream and likely to sell well...) Also, we could use a good typesetter or two. Not a usual SiH position -- you need Photoshop, but everything's been redrawn. Anyone interested, please email me (kalendel@gmail.com)! We'll be trying to get you more regular releases of Jiraishin Diablo, especially since volume 2 finally came out this month *squee!*. The new kid on the block is Ran to Haiiro no Sekai, which is kind of more of a light-hearted supernatural seinen, not really like anything SiH has done before. Check it out, it's fun! And a short story! Take that, current projects! Mwahahaa! Right. Okay, so we're experimenting with posting random translations ahead of scanlations. More info and a Sengoku Strays translation are now available in the LJ community.[Sept 14th] Party7 (short story) [Sept 15th] Dawn Tsumetai Te v03 c18 [Sept 16th] Shirogane no Ou c02 [Sept 17th] Sukima-shiki c04 [Sept 19th] Koori no Mamono no Monogatari v13 c01a Kalendel Week of September 7th, 2010 :: Comments

Time to be ambitious this week =D Finish off one project, and start as many new ones as possible! (No really, some of these have been wandering in QC land forever!) Let's see how far we can take this, mwahaha~
[Aug 31st] Lonesome Eden ex1 (end) [Sept 1st] Warui Ko no Tame no Wasuremono Techou c01 (Bliss joint!) [Sept 2nd] Shirogane no Ou c01 Shameless plug: Some coworkers starred in a short (5 min) promo pitch for a movie based on the apocalyptic book Triduanus. Some nice CG and spiffy effects make it an interesting watch! If you're bored, check out and comment on Triduanus: Echoes of Death (video on YouTube). Completely hilarious to me, since I know most of the actors in the promo, haha. Kalendel Week of August 23rd, 2010 :: Comments
...I bought a new car!! It's so pretty!! And we have releases, of course. I'm crazy behind in QC, again... but then, what else is new? =D

And we're back to releasing =D I'll be getting out several more chapters this week, I just don't want to hold for a big release since it's already been so long! (Not that any of the staffers have been taking a break ^^) For anyone noticing some changes around here, please read the August 7th post!
[Aug 8th] Angel's Doubt c05 [Aug 15th] Dawn Tsumetai Te v03 c17 ...and that's it for this week (ugh, I don't even want to talk about work this week >.>). We're switching around servers, so if anyone notices any broken links, let me know!! Kalendel August 7th, 2010
Quick update for the new layout!! Yaaaay, it's done! Thanks to everyone who gave me ideas and played with the image <3 It came out all bright and *gasp* cute. Layout information is in the FAQ, as always. There will be releases this week (finally, I know!), but I've made some fairly big changes to SiH, and I figure I'll just list them all here. (And they're non-negotiable =P)

Okay! I was off for a business conference for a while, which kinda delayed things (everyone who emailed me with apps these past 2 weeks, bear with me until Monday!). Anyway, just after our last release, a whole bunch of stuff happened regarding Japanese and English manga companies targeting scanlations (in particular, the giant manga hosting sites). As of right now, I have no reason to believe that Storm in Heaven is on the hook. However, there will be some changes around here to try and make what we do less objectionable to publishing companies. All we can do is try to maximize the potential benefit we bring in introducing lesser-known titles to the English audience. I will hopefully have the changes made with another release by Monday. Till then, you can go ahead and enjoy Rain v01 c04!Edit 7/8/2010: Well, I'm beating my head against the way trying to finish the new layout, and failing. If anyone wants to take my nice pretty image and turn it into a layout for me, email me (kalendel@gmail.com) and maybe we'll get a release this century ;) Edit 7/23/2010: Uragiri wa Boku no Namae o Shitteiru was licensed by Yen Press!! Yaaay!! About time, I've been expecting that ever since the anime was announced. Anyway, as usual, we've dropped the project and removed all scanlations. If you enjoyed our scanlation, make sure to purchase the real thing when it comes out! (...and no, I'm totally not releasing anything else till the new layout is done.) Stragglers! My Girl v03 c19,
Olimpos v01 c05 + v02 c06And the new kid (bad-ass, more like) on the block! I'm super-excited about this one =D We've jointed with Dragonvoice to bring you Jiraishin Diablo v01 c01!! This is a brand new type of manga for SiH, though I do have several more hard-core seinen planned. But till then, do give Diablo a try... if for no other reason than it's completely different from everything else on this site =D (And hell, it's Jiraishin!!) Kalendel March 22nd, 2010 :: Comments
Goodies time =D First up, we have Ryuu no Yuigon v02 c04 for all your insanely cute dragon needs. Next we have the one-shot A Doll and His Master, a fantasy story by Higuri Yuu. (Remember her? We used to do all of her stuff ^^ But the icing on the cake is C-blossom -case 729- v02 c04, the end! Fin! Condensation has been awesome working with us, and we did get it out this month! And hell does it go out with a bang!! Fans of the mangaka, read up and then... give us a couple months and we'll have Houkago out too. Because her stuff is just yum! <3 Kalendel March 15th, 2010 :: Comments
Back to our regularly scheduled program =D Here's my attempt to get the most popular ones out first! And finally, Snow Line c04 is out! The end =D That took us long enough, hahaha ^^;We still really need QCers!! (As in, you're not going to get big releases again until some more pop up =P) EDIT March 11th: All downloads should be up again. Please report any remaining broken links to me here. Kalendel March 5th, 2010 :: Comments
I've been hyped to get this one out for a while <3 We've jointed with Condensation to bring you C-blossom -case 729- v02 c03! I absolutely adore this mangaka, and we've got her newest work planned as well <3 But for now, enjoy more C-blossom! Barring the end of the world, we'll have the final chapter out within the month!Also, some download links might be temporarily down. Our main server has to close, so I'm uploading stuff to another server and transferring links. I'll let you know when it's all done, at which point you can email me if you find any remaining broken links. Thanks! Kalendel March 2nd, 2010 :: Comments
So, some crazy pack of wild staffers has kinda ravaged my nice organized system lately. Been too busy translating and scanning and stuff to QC =D Which means we need QCers badly! Please apply if you have the time and patience. I mean, you'd probably cry if I told you some of the series sitting in QC right now. But don't worry, even if their QC box is getting way too overcrowded, they're given everything a growing manga series could need. Every now and then a new one magically appears, so they must be having a good time in there O.oSole release this week (last week?) is Sengoku Strays v02 c06. Because it was short =P I am completely biased towards short chapters. Thankfully they can't sue for discrimination because, uh, they're inanimate objects. But that's okay, we love them anyway. Running wayyyy behind this morning ^^; Everyone enjoy the Hanakisou finale!!! And that's the last Kagerou chapter we had piled up, so don't expect more next week ;)G-Defend v05 c12 Hanakisou v02 c07 (end) Kagerou Nostalgia v03 c09 Kalendel February 15th, 2010 :: Comments

By the way, Ryuu? Yeah, that's the wonderful gushy romantic stuff, for anyone still wanting more Valentine's Day mush. Gotta love Ryuu! Oh, right, and we've got the whole volume of Rakuen for you.
